Echoes from the Square May 27 - July 4, 2000 Presented by the Kelowna Art Gallery & British Columbia Library Association
Echoes from the Square is a work of fiction for children, but it was inspired by the actions of Sarajevo cellist Vedran Smailovic, who also contributed to the ideas included in the book. This exhibition features original paintings by artist Deryk Houston, accompanied by the story written by Houston's wife, Elizabeth Wellburn. [Back] |
