You are invited to participate in our 3^rd annual members’ exhibition. The theme of this year’s members’ show is inspired by the Kelowna Art Gallery ’s group exhibition of work by artists associate with the University of British Columbia Okanagan Boundaries. In connection with this exhibition artists are asked to reflect on the idea of boundaries; this is a very broad suggestion that could signify things such as internal or external boundaries, borders or limits, or lines, imaginary or real, separating one thing from another.

Submissions

Pre-registration

	All entrants must be members of the Kelowna Art Gallery
	Exhibition fee: $20.00
	This fee covers all related exhibition costs.
	Deadline for registration is 4:00 pm on Sunday, October 12, 2008
	Please fill out the bottom portion of this form and return it to the Gallery with your $20.00 exhibition fee.

What to Submit

	One two-dimensional image (painting, drawing, photograph or collage) or one sculptural piece.
	Images must be no larger than 24” X 30” framed. Large sculptural works must be approved in advance.
	All images must be ready to hang.
	Name, address and phone number must be on the back of artwork.
	Artist Statement: On an 8 1/2 X 11” piece of paper, type a maximum 300-word statement discussing your artwork. Statement will be displayed as is.

When to deliver your artwork

Thursday, October 16 between 1:00 and 8:00 pm.

When to pick up your artwork

Sunday, January 4 between 1:00 and 4:00 pm.
The Gallery will not be responsible for works of art left behind after January 4, 2007

Insurance

The Kelowna Art Gallery will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of the artwork, but will not be responsible for loss or damage to works of art.

Limited License of Reproducti on

Artists agree to provide the Kelowna Art Gallery with a Limited License of Reproduction of their images for non-commercial use in publicity, media, and the Kelowna Art Gallery web site. Captions will include name and title.
